Use of this website constitutes your agreement to be bound by our terms and conditions.
We make every effort to ensure our website content is completely accurate and up to date, however we cannot accept liability in relation to the content of this website or links from it to third party websites. Zovelo reserves the right to update or amend its website content at its sole discretion.

Shipping & Delivery
We currently use Royal Mail and Parcelforce to ship your orders.
Product listings on the website are designated as in stock when the product page states "Despatched Same Day". Orders for these items placed before 3pm will be dispatched the same day, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Orders placed after 3pm will be shipped the next working day. When an item is out of stock the website will state "Dispatched in 3 Days" which means when you place an order we will request the item from the relevant supplier so that we are able to dispatch it to you within three working days. We will let you know if there is any delay and if these guide time-scales are not going to be met.
All orders qualify for free shipping to UK Mainland addresses. Most orders with free delivery will be shipped first class and arrive the next working day after being posted, but depending on the size, weight and value of the goods we will sometimes use second class post and/or recorded delivery which requires a signature. For these reasons our free delivery option is not guaranteed to arrive the next working day and can occasionally take up to three working days. We also offer guaranteed next day deliveries as a paid added service. If you require a guaranteed next day delivery you should select one of the expedited shipping options for complete peace of mind.
Although a separate delivery address can usually be accommodated we reserve the right to restrict delivery to the cardholders address.
Privacy & Security
Everyone says they take your privacy seriously. For Zovelo this means a secure payment gateway and the promise to keep your private details private. For full details on website cookies and how we handle your personal information see our privacy policy.
When you place an order we store your name, address, phone number and email address in a password secured database in order to help us process and track the order. We do not store any payment details at all. In fact, nobody at Zovelo will be able to see your payment details at any time since your credit card, debit card or Paypal details are processed securely between your bank and ours without any details being passed to us here, in full compliance with PCI DSS security requirements. We do not and will never pass your personal information to any third parties. We do send out an email newsletter, but will only include your email address in the distribution list with your express consent, which is given via a double-opt-in system in accordance with international anti-spam laws. If you opt to receive the email newsletter you can unsubscribe at any time using the link provided on every email.
Returns & Replacements
Should you need to return something to us for a refund or replacement, simply send a brief email to care@zovelo.co.uk with you name and address, name of the product and your reasons for returning the goods so we know what to expect. To help us deal with your request more efficiently please include the order number and date the order was placed, if known.
Our no-quibble policy means you have up to one year from the date of purchase in which to make a returns request. We will gladly refund the full price you paid for the items being returned once they have arrived safely back at our office, providing they are in saleable condition with packaging and tags intact.
Please do not post items back to us until we have replied to your email as there may be different returns instructions depending on the product in question.
Product specifications and prices are subject to change at any time without prior notification. If we have sent you the wrong item, i.e. not the product you ordered, or if your goods arrive damaged or faulty we will reimburse the reasonable cost of returning the goods to us to the value of the appropriate Royal Mail service as agreed prior to returning your goods. If we have sent you the correct items as per your order then we are happy to exchange them or refund the full price you paid for the goods but the costs of posting the goods back to us will be your responsibility.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Prices quoted on this website include UK VAT at the applicable rate. A VAT invoice will be sent with your goods.
We accept payment by credit card, debit card, paypal, bank transfer or personal cheque. In all cases, funds must clear the bank before we dispatch your order.
User Accounts
Creating an online user account when you place an order is highly recommended. It allows you to check on the progress of your order at any time by logging on using your email address and a password of your choice. It also allows you to view your order history and store your billing address and multiple shipping addresses to make the order process quicker and easier, as well as allowing you to change your newsletter subscription preferences and edit or delete the personal information we hold such as your address, email address and telephone number. If you wish your account details to be completely deleted from our system you can email care@zovelo.co.uk to request this.
